| Shipping/Delivery Options | |

In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are sent out daily from Monday to Friday with the exception of Statutory Holidays. We will package all items available from our shelf and charge your credit card for the total order amount including applicable sales taxes and shipping. All charges are stated in Canadian currency. (For more information about our Credit Card policy, please scroll down) For online orders, we will send you an email confirming your shipment. Where applicable, you will also receive a package tracking number. For any items that are not available at the time of ordering, we will contact you for further instructions. We use Canada Post as our delivery service provider. For Canada Post resource information such as estimated shipping times, see http://www.canadapost.ca/segment-e.asp?sblid=english. Heavy items, or larger bulky items may require additional charges calculated before shipment. All weights are stated in metric measurements. Listed estimated times of arrival for packages are an average time frame only and may be variable. Our basic service in Canada utilizes Canada Post Expedited Parcel for speedy delivery. If you require even faster service, Xpresspost and Priority Courier are available for an extra fee. Please contact us for details. British Columbia$50 minimum, excluding taxes, for FREE Shipping!!! For orders under $50, there is a nominal $6 fee. Orders under $25 have an $8 fee. EXPEDITED PARCEL service has an estimated time of arrival for the next business day within lower mainland destinations, and 1-3 business days for most other B.C. destinations. Up to $100 FREE insurance is included with higher amounts available for an extra fee. XPRESSPOST service has an estimated time of arrival for the next business day within B.C. Up to $100 FREE insurance is included with higher amounts available for an extra fee. PRIORITY COURIER service has an estimated time of arrival for the next business day A.M. within B.C. Up to $100 FREE insurance is included with higher amounts available for an extra fee. $70 minimum, excluding taxes, for FREE Shipping!!! For orders under $70, there is a nominal fee of $8. Orders under $25, have a $10 fee. EXPEDITED PARCEL service has an estimated time of arrival of 1-3 business days within Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. All other Canadian destinations outside of B.C. have an estimated time of arrival of 2-7 business days. Up to $100 FREE insurance is included with higher amounts available for an extra fee. XPRESSPOST has an estimated time of arrival of 1-2 business days for Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario destinations; 2 business days for all other Canadian destinations. Up to $100 FREE insurance is included with higher amounts available for an extra fee. PRIORITY COURIER has an estimated time of arrival for the next business day A.M. within Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northwestern Ontario destinations; the next business day for all other Canadian destinations. Up to $100 FREE insurance is included with higher amounts available for an extra fee. Heavy items, or larger bulky items may require additional charges calculated before shipment. Liquids and fragile items are generally not acceptable for shipping, are not covered for damage or loss and are shipped at own risk. Products may face a weight and volume limit and may be subject to additional charges. Full shipping charges apply to all USA orders. Shipping options vary according to package size, weight and destination. We will contact you with your options after you place your order. Billing will only occur after your confirmation. SMALL PACKET, Air or Surface is often used for packages under 1kg. Up to $100 FREE insurance included. Air estimated shipping time is 4-10 days. Surface estimated shipping time is 6-12 days. EXPEDITED PARCEL USA is usually available for most packages and includes $100 FREE insurance with higher amounts available for an extra fee. Estimated shipping time is 6-12 days between most major business centers. XPRESS POST USA is the fastest option for most packages and includes $100 FREE insurance with higher amounts available for an extra fee. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days between major urban centers. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any charges or customs policies imposed by the USA. InternationalFull shipping fees apply to all International orders. Shipping options vary widely according to package size, weight and destination. We will contact you with your options after you place your order. Billing will only occur after your confirmation. SMALL PACKET, Air or Surface is often used for packages under 2kg. Air estimated shipping time is 6-10 business days. Surface estimated shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks. XPRESSPOST INTERNATIONAL and SMALL PACKET Air/Surface include $100cdn FREE insurance. INTERNATIONAL PARCEL, is often used for packages over 2kg Extra insurance is available by request for XPRESSPOST INTERNATIONAL and International parcels over 2 kg, subject to Canada Post restrictions for certain countries. Uninsured packages and values over the insured amount become the responsibility of the purchaser once in transit with the carrier. Please note that is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any charges or customs policies imposed by their individual countries. |

| Sales Tax | |
| GST is a mandatory federal tax on most items and is charged at the till, along with applicable PST for BC customers. Orders originating in destinations outside of Canada will not be charged GST or any other sales tax. Grocery items and perishables are not eligible for mail order delivery. Canada Post does not provide coverage for liquid items that may break in transit. Shipping of such items will be provided solely at the risk of the customer and at the discretion of Lifestyle Markets. | |

| Payment Policy | |
| Payment for mail orders including any applicable sales taxes or pre-arranged shipping costs, will be charged to your credit card after the order is filled and ready for packaging. | |

| Return Policy | |
| All returns are at the discretion of Lifestyle Markets. Pre-approval is necessary. No returns allowed from outside of Canada. Full refunds, excluding return shipping, are provided for unopened product received in resalable condition no later than 30 days from original shipment. A copy of your receipt is required. Products that are returned in open condition require a small signed note of explanation and must be received no later than 30 days from original shipment. Most product manufacturers require disclosure of the customer’s name and phone number in accordance with GMP standards for quality control. | |
